Manual jack compression filter press
This device uses mechanical/hydraulic jacks as power to push the moving filter plate of the filter press, squeeze and tighten the filter plate and filter cloth, forming a sealed filtering space. This device relies on manual mixing with a jack, which is easy to operate, has a low failure rate, and has low operating costs. The way to release the filter plate of this device is to manually push it open. Generally suitable for small filter presses, such as 380/500 type, with a filtration area of 1m² - 16m².
Electric hydraulic compression filter press
The electric hydraulic filter press consists of a filter press mainframe, hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic oil station, electrical control box, pressure gauge, and hydraulic oil pipe. Its working principle is to use the driving force of a hydraulic cylinder to press the moving filter plate and filter cloth tightly, forming a sealed filter chamber. The release method of the filter plate of this device is manual pushing, usually requiring two people to operate. The commonly used filtration area range is 4m² to 250m².
Automatic release of discharge filter press
The equipment adopts a hydraulic system to press the filter plate, equipped with a frequency converter and PLC control system. Through the linkage operation of the frequency converter pull plate motor, filter plate chain, and pull plate mechanical arm, the filter plate is driven to release one by one, achieving automatic detachment of the filter cake. One person can operate the plate and frame filter press through the electrical control box.
Secondary tympanic membrane dehydration filter press
This filter press is an improvement on the plate and frame filter press, which replaces some of the filter plates with deformable hollow diaphragm plates. Gas/water can be used through a squeezing pipeline device to cause the hollow diaphragm plate to bulge and squeeze the filter cake inside the filtering chamber, enabling further dehydration and reducing the liquid content of the filter cake.
Liquid receiving flip plate filter press
This device is an added feature of the plate and frame filter press after use. When the plate and frame filter press is working, the device is in a closed state and can receive the liquid leaking from the lower part of the filter plate, and guide it to the water receiving tanks on both sides of the machine to maintain the dryness of the bottom of the machine. When it is necessary to clean the filtered filter cake, the device switches to the open state and can be used as a mudguard. The filter cake can fall from the middle of the two mudguards.
Filter cake conveying device
This device is an optional configuration for the plate and frame filter press. Its main function is to use a motor to connect the rotation of the rubber belt, and transport the dry filter cake that falls on the rubber belt to the outside of the equipment, where it is stacked in an open area for centralized loading and collection.
