Our filter plates are designed for plate and frame, chamber, and membrane type filter presses. Users can select filter plates in different materials according to their specific requirements in the production process.
Available Materials: Modified enhanced polypropylene filter plates, glass fiber polypropylene, rubber membrane, polypropylene membrane, cast iron, and stainless steel filter plates.
According to feeding styles, the plates are classified as: Middle feeding, corner feeding, and upper middle feeding.
Standard Sizes: 320x320mm, 450x450mm, 630x630mm, 800x800mm, 870x870mm, 1000x1000mm, 1250x1250mm, 1500x1500mm, and 2000x2000mm.
Specialized High Temperature and High Pressure types are also available.

01Physical Properties: Non-toxic, tasteless, and highly crystalline. Exceptional water stability with a 14h water absorption rate of only 0.01%.
02Mechanical Performance: High crystallinity provides excellent strength, hardness, and elasticity, outperforming high-density PE (HDPE).
03Thermal Resistance: Melting point of 164~170℃. Sterilization can occur above 100℃ without deformation under external force at 150℃.
04Chemical Stability: Highly resistant to various chemical reagents, making it ideal for anti-corrosion applications in chemical infrastructure.
05Electrical Insulation: Excellent high-frequency insulation performance, unaffected by humidity due to near-zero water absorption.
06Weatherability: Enhanced anti-aging properties achieved through specific fillers like carbon black and specialized resins.
