Membrane Plate Filter Press equipped with membrane plates which has twice pressing to make sludge cakes have lower moisture content after each cycle filtration. These Polypropylene Recessed Filter Plates are designed for Recessed Chamber Membrane Filter Press Plate Welding Machine Equipment.

Core Advantages

There are three basic types of filter plates: recessed chamber, plate and frame, and membrane squeeze plates. Membrane squeeze (diaphragm squeeze) filter plates offer significant benefits, from time savings to improving the lifespan of the membrane. They are ideal for slurries with higher than average solids or variable volume.

Filtration Process Steps
1 The follower presses the membrane filter plates together via the hydraulic cylinder, sealing their surfaces.
2 Once reaching specified pressure, the system stops and maintains steady pressure.
3 The slurry is pumped into chambers. Under pressure, solids form a filter cake while liquids are forced out.
4 Optional cake washing or air blowing is conducted to further dry out the filter cake.
5 Membrane squeezing begins using high-pressure water or air to reduce liquid content significantly.
6 Pressure drops, membranes return to starting position, and the filter cake is discharged.
