Our filter plate design incorporates advanced filtering features, optimized through precise arrangement, flow design, and row vent hole angles. This engineering accelerates water flow, ensures even distribution of raw materials, and reduces impact on the plate, thereby increasing filtering speed and extending service life. Each plate is formed under 3500 tons of molding pressure and finished with CNC milling to ensure flatness within 25um, effectively preventing liquid leakage. Our plates are characterized by high density, high temperature and corrosion resistance, and exceptional tensile strength.
