Filter plate is an important part of a filter press, and the raw material for the filter plates is high strength polypropylene. We supply chamber filter plate, membrane filter plate and plate & frame filter plate.

Our filter plates design is absorbed foreign most advanced filtering features, through reasonable filter arrangement, the filtering surface support arrangement, flow design, row vent hole angle comprehensive design, which can speed up water flow speed, evenly distribute raw material, has little impact on the filter plate, so as to improve the filtering speed, enhance the washing effect, prolong the service life of the filter plate.

Filter plate is formed by 3500 tons of molding pressure, through pressure plate shape correction, CNC milling machine milling plane and drilling trimming process, ensure filter plate flatness reached 25 um below and prevent the phenomenon of liquid leakage when feeding. Our plates have characteristics of high density, high machining accuracy, higher bending strength and tensile strength, higher temperature and corrosion resistance, colorless and tasteless, lower filter cake moisture content. Feeding pressure can up to 30Bars.

According to the raw materials difference, filter plate can be classified into: PP filter plate, gasket type filter plate, GFPP filter plate, rubber membrane filter plate, high-pressure PP membrane filter plate, cast iron filter plate, stainless steel filter plate and so on. We can also customize filter plates according to customer's project requirements.
