Our filter press integrates machinery, electricity, and liquid control into an advanced separation system. It consists of five major components: Rack part, Filter part (filter plate/frame, filter cloth), Pulling plate part, Hydraulic part, and Electrical control part.

RACK PART
The rack is the main body that supports the filtering mechanism. It connects components like the thrust plate, press plate, oil cylinder, and main girder. The hydraulic piston pushes the press plate to tightly seal the filter plates and cloth for high-pressure filtration.

FILTER PART
This consists of filter plates and cloths arranged alternately to form separate units called filter chambers. Feed pumps push material into these chambers. Solids are trapped to form filter cakes, while liquid flows out. Compressed air can be used for extra cake drying.
