Introduction of Integrated Automatic Filter Press

The plate and frame filter press is a batch-type pressure filtration device used for solid-liquid separation of various suspensions. It relies on a clamping device to compress the filter plates, then injects the suspension into the filter chamber via a feed pump. Solid particles and liquid materials are separated through filter cloth. The whole machine features a simple structure, excellent separation effect, easy operation, and wide adaptability. It mainly consists of six parts: frame, filtration system, automatic plate pulling system, automatic plate turning system (optional), hydraulic system, and electrical automation control system.
