A filter press is a batch operation, fixed volume machine that separates liquids and solids using pressure filtration. A slurry is pumped into the filter press and dewatered under pressure. 1. Filter plates are made of food grade pure PP material for excellent corrosion and temperature resistance.
2. Processed under CNC presses (up to 3800 tons) to ensure pressure resistance and prevent deformation.
3. Machine-polished surfaces ensure zero gaps when plates are pressed tightly.
To protect the equipment, our filter presses are wrapped with bubble film and plastic wrap, then fixed with steel bars, and finally shipped in plywood boxes. Large units are packaged directly into containers for maximum safety during transit.
