The HVPF vertical automatic press filter is the most advanced filtration technology available. While vacuum systems have physical limits, pressure systems do not. The HVPF vertical automatic press filter utilizes air or water to create a significant pressure difference on both sides of the filter cloth, achieving highly efficient solid-liquid separation. As the filter plate closes, slurry is pumped into the chamber. High-pressure water then forces a rubber diaphragm to extrude filtrate from the filter cake, followed by automatic discharge from both sides.
