The filter is made of SUS304 or SUS316L, which provides excellent corrosion-resistant properties and a long life-span. The filter plates use a thread structure. It can change filtering media (if using a microporous filtration membrane, it can even remove bacteria) according to your material and technical requirements (primary filtration, media fine filtration, or fine filtration). The layers can be added or decreased based on your actual capacity requirements.
The filter works under pressure without leakage, resulting in a very clean filtrate. It can be used as a multilevel filtering device: the first level uses rough filtering media, and the second level can use fine media, thereby improving the filtering effect and efficiency.
All seals are made of silica rubber, which can endure high temperatures, exhibits no toxicity, and ensures no leakage. The automatic flow returning device can also be customized according to your needs. When the pump stops, opening the return valve automatically discharges all sediment, while backwashing the system with clean water via the return pipe. It is extremely easy to operate.
The liquid is filtered under a specified pressure into the machine, flowing directly into the filter unit. Through cardboard adsorption and retention action, residues are effectively removed. After each unit filters the liquid, the purified filtrate is pooled together and discharged.
