Plate and frame filter press
1. The plate and frame filter press is mainly composed of filter plate, filter frame, filter cloth, hydraulic system, electronic control system, and other parts. The filter plate and filter frame are important components of the filter chamber, usually made of high-quality materials such as polyester, stainless steel, etc. Filter cloth is a key component of filtration, used to intercept suspended solids and impurities such as particles. The hydraulic system and electronic control system provide mechanical power and intelligent control respectively, ensuring the normal operation of the filter press.
2. Filter plates and filter frames: Made of high-strength, corrosion-resistant materials such as polypropylene or stainless steel, the filter plates and filter frames alternate to form a series of filter chambers. The filter cloth is located between each filter plate and filter frame, forming the actual filtration channel through which the liquid passes.
3. Hydraulic system: This system provides power to the press, using hydraulic cylinders to push the pressure plate towards the filter plate and frame, tightly sealing them together. This ensures that the interior of the filtration chamber remains isolated during the filtration process.
4. Electronic control system: Provides automatic control of the filter press, coordinates the entire cycle, including pressing, filtering, loosening the plate, and pulling it apart to discharge the cake.
