The automatic hydraulic recessed chamber filter press is a high-efficiency solid-liquid separation system that relies on a hydraulic power system to perform core operations. It can autonomously execute key functions such as filter plate closing, automatic pressure holding, and plate shifting. With a wide range of applications, durable operation, and a moderate level of basic automation, it adapts reliably to various conventional industrial conditions.
It serves as a core specialized equipment for solid waste dewatering and filtrate purification and recovery in sectors including environmental wastewater treatment, mining and metallurgy, chemical and pharmaceutical processing, food processing, building materials and sand washing, and tailings dry discharge. Mounted on the plate shifting trolley or as a separate system, cloth washing devices automatically spray high-pressure water onto the filter cloths after cake discharge. This removes trapped particles from the cloth pores, restores permeability, and extends service life.
Installed beneath the filter plates, drip trays collect residual filtrate that drips when plates are opened. They prevent liquid from falling onto the floor, keeping the work area clean and safe.


Equipped with an electric drive mechanism, it automatically opens the filter plates in sequence, eliminating the labor-intensive manual plate shifting process.
