Working Principle

The main body of the press filter sludge dewatering machine consists of multiple fixed annular plates and moveable annular plates with a running screw shaft. The front portion functions as the concentration section and the trailing portion acts as the dewatering section, allowing the machine to concentrate and dewater sludge in a unified chamber.
Sludge is transported to the dewatering section after being thickened in the thickening chamber. During the advancing process, continuous pressure is produced due to the gradually decreasing filter spacing and screw pitch with the block of the back platen. Consequently, the volume decreases steadily to achieve high-efficiency dewatering.
