Metering Tank
The sludge is delivered to the metering tank through the sludge transfer pump, and the surplus part flows back to the sludge storage tank.
Flocculation Mixing Tank
The metered sludge is fully stirred and mixes with injected polymer coagulant to form a good alum flower.
Dehydration Unit
Gravity concentration occurs in the front section. Sludge is fully dehydrated due to continuous pressure rise in the inner cavity.
Sludge Outlet
The back pressure plate increases pressure to make the sludge more fully dehydrated and discharged as mud cake.
