The Working Principle

The filter chamber is formed by the arrangement of filter plates where both sides are concave. Each pair of plates combines into a box filter chamber. The surface of the plate features pitting points and bosses to support the filter cloth. Center and corner holes constitute a complete channel for suspension, washing water, and filtrate. The plates are supported on beams and pressed tightly by a specialized pressing device to ensure a complete seal.
