Working Principle
  • Filtration Principle: The syrup (30-70°Bx) is pumped into sealed polypropylene filter chambers. Impurities like activated carbon and colloids are retained by 800-1000 mesh filter cloth, while clear liquid is discharged.
  • Special Flow Design: Prevents high-viscosity syrup from clogging, with flow rates controlled between 0.5 - 1.2 m³/(m²·h).
  • Insulation System: Equipped with hot water circulation (60-80ºC) to prevent crystallization, especially critical for cane sugar syrup at low temperatures.
  • Antifouling Configuration: 316L stainless steel piping and fluorosilicone seals resist acidic/alkaline environments (pH 2-11).
