1. Apple Syrup Refining: Removes pectin effectively. Filtrate transmittance increases from 75% to 95%, significantly reducing activated carbon costs. (Parameters: 65ºC, 0.6 MPa, 3x circulation).
2. Sugar Syrup Impurity Removal: Processes crude syrup with 2% suspended solids. Quick-opening plates (10s per plate) ensure filter cake sugar content is under 1.5%.
