The screw press screen is an essential component of the screw press, playing a critical role in the solid-liquid separation process. It provides continuous dehydration to effectively separate materials.
Working Process:
1. Water-containing material enters through the feed end. Gravity allows larger liquid particles to discharge through the screen for initial dehydration.
2. The rotating screw exerts pressure, squeezing out further liquid as the material moves forward.
3. Dehydrated solid materials are finally discharged from the end, ensuring a stable separation cycle.
