The mesh features high-precision, exact, and regular square holes. It offers excellent dimensional stability and is food-grade, produced without any chemical treatments during the manufacturing process.

The mechanical properties of thin membranes can be improved dramatically by strengthening them through the use of a grid material integrated into the membrane itself. Woven, non-shedding monofilament polyester mesh fabrics with large open areas are the ideal reinforcement media; these add strength and reduce swelling of the membrane while allowing high throughput rates, mainly used for Membrane Support and Interlayer Technology.

Every product is strictly tested before being dispatched to ensure perfect quality for our customers. Testing includes:

• Thickness Inspection
• Thread Diameter & Hole Size Inspection
• Tensile Strength Inspection

We provide two standard packing types:

1. Bagged: Fold the mesh into plastic bags, then into cartons. Suitable for small quantities where creases are not a concern.
2. Rolled: Pack the mesh with paper and plastic bags, then into cartons. Suitable for large quantities to maintain a better surface finish.
